**Job Overview**

As a Community Health Care Specialist with HealthCare NZ, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to individuals living in the community. You will work closely with clients who require various levels of support, including those recovering from injuries, managing wounds, and requiring long-term assistance to remain safe and well in their own homes.

You will live in the Otautahi Christchurch region and work Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with no weekend or shift work required. You will enjoy a company vehicle and petrol card, mentorship programme, discounted health insurance, flexible work environment, and other benefits.

To thrive in this position, you should possess strong clinical assessments, excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and the ability to think quickly in fast-paced environments. You must also hold a restricted or full driver's license and be comfortable visiting clients in their homes.
