This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Leadership Manager of Community Care. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our specialist mental health and addiction services in a senior leadership position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational delivery of SMHS services, ensuring quality and safety, and leading engagement with key stakeholders. They will also develop and align system-wide direction, plans, and priorities, and build people and process capability.

About You

  • You will have a strong background in mental health and addiction services, with experience in service improvement and cultural responsiveness.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of driving positive outcomes within complex healthcare environments.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification or professional qualification.
  • 10 years' experience in service management, including staff and financial management.
  • Operational management experience in mental health.
  • Experience in service improvement and cultural responsiveness.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and risk.
