About the team:

The Quality & Compliance Team - 3 Waters is a dynamic and forward-thinking group committed to proactive safety and quality assurance. Our team lives by our values: One team, making it happen with integrity and passion.

We lead a continuous improvement culture, striving for excellence in our three waters systems. As a Compliance Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve our goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site audits and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Analyse data to support Quality and Compliance team decisions.
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

What we're looking for:

  • A tertiary qualification in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a compliance-focused role, preferably in a regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
