Known for innovation and quality, they value ambitious, passionate individuals who share their drive for excellence.About the Technical and Quality Coordinator jobAs the Technical & Quality Coordinator, you'll ensure procedures align with all Quality Management Systems, manage food safety systems, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
You'll ensure legal and policy compliance for all products, manage specifications, and provide technical support.Key tasksCovers Quality Assurance and Technical duties, manage NCR reporting, audits, traceability, and compliance.Conducts training and development inductions, QMS refreshers, GMP meetings, and production team training.Relating to Food Safety you will manage allergen testing, cleaning validation, foreign body controls, and HACCP validations.Supports NPD, EPD with BOM creation, process control sheets, barcode checks, and production trials.Ensure the recipe & product specification database is accurate, up to date, and complete own label product specifications on customer's web-based systems.About YouThe successful candidate shall have experience in a Quality/Technical role with strong QA skills and HACCP.Writing specifications would be desirable but can be taught.Knowledge of relevant food legislation, guidelines, and retail policies & codes of practice as well as knowledge of ingredients, nutrition & factory process methods.The Technical and Quality Coordinator job (ref:8865) is paying £31,000 - £35,000 according to your experience.
The site is near Oxford and is commutable from Bicester, Rugby, Northampton, Banbury (Oxfordshire).The package includes excellent benefits to all staff members such as holiday purchase scheme, life assurance, Medicare healthcare cashback scheme, 24/7 GP Helpline Service, employee assistance programme, and generous holiday allowance (25 days plus bank holidays).The working hours are Monday to Friday with one day working remotely.
