We are seeking a highly skilled System Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wellington-Altus Financial Inc.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support, including configuration activities, testing and trade-related activities on the wealth management platform (Envestnet).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Trade Support: Provide timely support for trade-related activities, including resolving trade discrepancies or errors.
  • Data Management: Manage transactional data in the administration system to ensure accuracy and meet the needs of advisor teams.
  • Customization: Assist with customization changes per branch, including basic report configuration and client information fields customization.
  • Platform Monitoring: Monitor platform performance and trade execution to identify potential issues before they impact clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of financial services industry experience working in a high growth environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a customer/client-service facing role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to professionally communicate with various stakeholders.
