  • Providing support to customers (internal and external) ensuring that all orders and delivery issues are promptly resolved.
  • Entirely accurate data entry into our ERP system to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Developing and executing effective up-sell strategies to grow sales.
  • Fostering long-lasting relationships with all customers and potential customers.
  • Swift resolution of customer complaints through careful investigations.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel as a Customer Experience Professional, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Services/Call Centre environments.
  • A deep understanding of coffee and tea culture – a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP and/or SalesForce.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and task prioritization abilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability.
