Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our NZ operations and driving business growth through strategic financial analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to senior stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions and drive sustainable growth.
  • Optimise commercial performance by establishing and implementing processes, and overseeing financial management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification with 3-5 years post-qualified experience.
  • Experience with complex accounting packages such as D365.
  • Practical finance and accounting experience in both New Zealand and foreign invested businesses.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
