As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring our sales team to achieve their targets and expand our market share. Your experience in capital plant, forestry, or general construction equipment sales is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:
- Training, mentoring, and leading approximately eight territory managers
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with OEMs and partners
- Driving the sales team against sales disciplines, including CRM maintenance and compliance
- Inspiring team members to provide high-level sales acumen and create a high-performance sales culture
- Ensuring all sales enquiries are managed promptly and efficiently
- Supporting industry events
- Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support overall product knowledge
- Providing quality service to internal and external customers, suppliers, and company departments
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Coordinating with the Order Desk on sales forecasts, machine orders, and logistics
- Frequent travel throughout New Zealand required

The ideal candidate for this role is an individual with a competitive, flexible, and resilient nature. They should have experience with salesforce, CRM, or equivalent and be able to negotiate and influence to reach optimal sales outcomes. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues is also essential.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's market share.
