We are seeking a highly experienced Traditional Channel Director to join our team. As a Traditional Channel Director, you will be responsible for leading category insights and recommendations for the traditional channel.

You will utilize shopper data and networking to drive positive change and explore new opportunities. You will also develop category and shopper knowledge while maintaining reporting standards for strategy and KPI monitoring.

Key responsibilities include shaping the 3-year building winning channels strategy and annual channel plans for the Traditional Channel. You will collaborate with Trade Marketing for aligned Shopper Strategy and lead plan presentations, track effectiveness, and advise on Trade Spend.

In addition, you will foster strong customer relationships and develop guidelines, drive NPD recommendations, and ensure alignment with Category Strategy Manager.
