Grocery Channel Director

As a key leadership position in Red Bull Gruppe's Off Premise sales team, the Grocery Channel Manager is accountable for the company's strategy, relationships and commercial performance with our New Zealand grocery partners.
About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced leader to drive sales growth and develop strong customer relationships with our key accounts in the New Zealand grocery market.
Responsibilities- Prioritize and manage multiple key accounts to achieve sales targets and build strong business partnerships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive commercial performance and expand market share
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Lead by example, promoting a proactive, results-driven culture within the team
- Analyse data from various sources to gain insights and inform commercial decisions
- Minimum 3 years' Key Account Management experience in FMCG, preferably in New Zealand
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance and achievement of sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse complex data sets
- Results-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
