About The Role

The Supplier Sourcing Lead is responsible for leading supplier negotiations and developing strategic partnerships across our Retail and non-Retail brands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we achieve the lowest possible cost of goods while upholding company strategy and financial targets.

Your Background

You will be an experienced sourcing professional with a passion for negotiation and strategy. Ideally, you will also possess:

  • Proven experience in a senior sourcing or procurement role, preferably within retail or FMCG.
  • A strong understanding of end-to-end financials within a buying/sourcing process.
