About the Programme

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-impact governance role and make a meaningful contribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for our governance activities, ensuring processes, documentation, and reporting are accurate and up to date.

  • Organise and facilitate governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain governance registers, documentation, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
  • Track and monitor actions and risks, ensuring timely updates and escalations where required.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, governance, or administration roles.
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management, governance processes, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to capture key insights and decisions.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience working in a structured governance environment.
