The Enterprise Risk Business Partner will play a key role in supporting functional business unit areas as the risk subject matter expert. This involves providing governance and advice to embed AKL's Enterprise Risk Management strategy, policy, and framework across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effective business partnering on all things risk management through risk assessments, risk education and maturing the risk culture of the organisation.
  • Providing advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the governance reporting process for the management committee and board sub-committee.
  • Administering the Enterprise Risk Management system (Quantate).
  • Providing guidance to the business on enterprise risk management framework, policies and procedures.
  • Assisting the functional business unit areas to measure their risk management maturity and reporting.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the risk & control self-assessment process to ensure risk and control registers for each business unit are updated and maintained.
