There are over 160 clubs and societies here at UC, and we need someone who is not afraid to support the Clubs Development Team with event planning, governance advice, administration support, grant funding, and organising engaging learning and development opportunities.If you're a fan of hearing wild ideas, guiding passionate people through the world of paperwork, and finding inspiring speakers to upskill young leaders, then this is a great opportunity to use your skills in a diverse and fun environment.About YouYou may be an experienced administrator or learning and development coordinator, or you may have recently graduated with a relevant degree – what is important is that you are passionate about administration and supporting young students.
We can teach you about governance structures, but you need to enjoy collaborating, be comfortable in a high-paced environment, be organised, and have excellent communication skills.Due to the nature of the role, an affinity for and understanding of students is important.Important Skills & QualificationsA degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g.
