Discover a career with purpose at MBIE. As an Authority Officer, you will provide quality case management and operational support to ERA members, ensuring efficient and effective performance of their functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Authority Members, including diary and case management.
- Build strong working relationships and effective communications with Authority Members and team members.
- Proofread and check simple calculations.
- Manage large case or file loads, both electronic and hardcopy.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and service delivery mindset.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft products, with proficiency in calendar management.
- Ability to react and respond to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- High standard of written and oral communication skills.
