As a Corporate Services Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our experienced Body Corporate Managers and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

About the Job

This role involves providing administrative support to our Body Corporate Managers, including responding to client inquiries, maintaining records, and performing administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for:

  1. Liaising with service providers, chairpersons, building managers, committees, and owners to ensure effective communication
  2. Maintaining a working knowledge of Body Corporate/Strata processes and procedures
  3. Gaining and increasing your knowledge of our specialist software as well as MS Office
  4. Applying professional problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have previous experience working in administration or a related field and be comfortable interacting with a wider team.

  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to manage the demands of a rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
