Job Description
We are looking for an administrative professional to provide support for key work programmes, projects and day-to-day operations of the team. This is a busy role providing administrative and coordination support. We are seeking someone who is reliable and organised with great communication skills, attention to detail, and who thrives in a collegial team environment.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves:

  • Providing administrative support for key work programmes and projects.
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Working closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Significant experience working in a disability related organisation or position doing an administration and programme coordination role.
  • Understanding of the disability community, rights and meeting people's access needs.
  • Superior planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a willingness to contribute to a constructive, positive team environment.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion and resilience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced MS Office Excel skills.
