This Administration Support Officer role is a great opportunity to join our team at Auckland Regional Women's Corrections Facility in Wiri, Auckland.
You will be responsible for providing accounts payable assistance and administration support to internal and external customers, as well as undertaking other duties such as telephone support, checking of incoming and outgoing prisoner mail, data entry, and general administration.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, remain adaptable, follow and adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.
Job Description
This Administration Support Officer role is a key part of our operations team at Auckland Regional Women's Corrections Facility.
As an Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accounts payable assistance and administration support to internal and external customers
- Assisting with data entry and performing general administrative tasks
- Undertaking telephone support and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Checking and processing incoming and outgoing prisoner mail
The ideal candidate will have good computer skills and experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
