As an ACC Sensitive Claims Specialist, you will work with whaiora and their whānau who have experienced sexual harm, offering tailored support through compassionate, warm, and culturally sensitive therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally sensitive therapy tailored to the needs of whaiora
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
  • Participate in supervision and mentoring support with professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • ACC registration enabling you to support whaiora with an ACC Sensitive Claim
  • A post-graduate qualification enabling you to work therapeutically with clients
  • Registration with a registering body under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (HPCA) and/or full membership with a Professional Association for your profession
  • Availability to work a minimum of 0.4 FTE (16 hours)
