This exciting opportunity is part of our Digital Trust team within the Legal Centre of Excellence, reporting into the Lead Digital Trust Partner. You'll be responsible for ensuring our people, processes, and technologies operate in ways that are ethically and legally sound.

  1. Ensuring Compliance: You will ensure that our operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
  2. Providing Guidance: You will provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on complex privacy issues and develop templates and guidance for Spark teams.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's privacy practices, enhancing trust and growth while protecting our customers' interests.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of handling complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and associated codes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
