**The Support Services Centre of Excellence**

Auckland based; you will report to a Chapter Lead who is part of our Support Services Centre of Excellence (CoE), a centralised team of 17 that works across the whole business providing seamless support to Directors and Leaders across our sites in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch.

**Team Purpose and Responsibilities**

The Team Purpose is to help leaders at Spark succeed by streamlining processes, anticipating needs, and offering proactive solutions for a smooth journey to success. Your responsibilities include:

  • Diary Management (60 – 80%): Managing the schedules of 3 – 5 Spark Leads.
  • Travel Bookings: Arranging travel itineraries using Serko and Tandem Travel software.
  • Expenses: Processing expenses using MS Dynamics software.
  • Arranging set up of new staff/contractors.
  • Arranging carparks, catering, Purchase orders.
  • Provide backup support amongst the Support Services team.
