Your key responsibilities will include providing individual therapy, conducting screenings and assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

You will also play a crucial role in assisting the APN and Medical Director with administrative tasks, including data entry and program development.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in clinical settings
  • Licensure: LCPC or LCSW issued by state of Illinois
  • Knowledge of therapeutic skills, counseling and psychotherapy skills, and knowledge of aftercare resources
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance
  • Exposure to infectious diseases, violent patient behavior, chemicals, electrical equipment, and hazards associated with their use
