Job Description

You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing solutions to their problems. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
Working Arrangements

The standard number of hours of work will be 75 hours 50 minutes per fortnight, to be worked between 8am and 6.15pm, Monday to Friday.
