Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Assistant to join our team at Kandahar Court. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing support to our residents in their daily living and social requirements. Your duties will include delivering personalized care, encouraging independence, and assisting with activities of daily living. You will work closely with our registered nurses to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong passion for caregiving and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. A careerforce Level 4 qualification in Health or LCP would be advantageous, as well as experience in dementia care. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic computer skills are also required, and you must be able to work weekends and cover short notice shifts when needed.
