**Role Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled employment relations manager to join our team. As a key member of our People & Capability Group, you will oversee all aspects of our pay systems including the annual remuneration review for applicable staff, implementing outcomes from collective bargaining in relation to pay, work on pay equity and pay equity claims, and provide advice and recommendations to our Executive Leadership Team and Chief Executive.
You will also work closely with senior leaders and will have strong working relationships with unions and key stakeholders, such as the Public Service Commission. Your work is strongly guided by the current Government Workforce Standards and Pay Expectations.
You will monitor trends, benchmark best practices, and offer thought leadership on contemporary remuneration strategies. This is a role that requires you to deliver within the guidance and legislative framework taking practical, pragmatic and constructive approach to various issues and solutions.
