Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced dental office where you will have the chance to utilize your skills and experience to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring proper instrument handling and patient comfort
* Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments according to established protocols
* Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation
* Schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
* Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care

Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in using dental practice management software
* Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)
* Previous experience in dental assisting or reception (helpful but not required)
* A friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented approach to work
* Willingness to collaborate with the dental team and contribute to a positive work environment
