About the Role:
You will provide direct and indirect patient care to facilitate rehabilitation and restoration of normal body functions. You will implement personalized treatment programs based on each patient's plan of care. Your responsibilities will include:

Your Responsibilities
  1. Providing both direct and indirect patient care
  2. Implementing personalized treatment programs
  3. Administering therapeutic modalities and training patients in therapeutic exercises, transfers, and gait
  4. Supervising and guiding PT Assistants and PT Aides
  5. Documenting interdisciplinary communication and supervision of ancillary staff

Qualifications:
You must have a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. A Master's degree or doctorate is preferred. You must also have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Clear Communication Skills
  • Able to keep confidential information regarding patients and team members
  • Able to withstand crisis situations
  • Skills to provide customer service to patients, team members and visitors
  • Proof of current/valid car insurance
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic health records
  • Experience with Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc.
  • Valid Driver's License with no more than 3 moving violations
