Description:

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our Home Healthcare team as a skilled nurse professional. This role involves administering personal care and routine nursing services in clients' homes under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer personal care and routine skilled nursing services in clients' homes
  • Collaborate with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals to implement and follow patient-specific care plans
  • Utilize equipment and supplies effectively, adhering to aseptic techniques
  • Implement and follow a patient-specific care plan initiated by the registered nurse
  • Assess and educate patients and caregivers regarding self-care techniques and relevant diagnosis information

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an LPN program
  • An active LPN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Clear communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Valid car insurance and a driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations

Salary Range:

$24.62 - $38.16 per hour, commensurate with experience
