**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical team at Rita Angus Retirement Village in Kilbirnie. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care, and auxiliary teams, ensuring compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care, and auxiliary teams* Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents* Lead, develop, and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained, and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatment* Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to* Provide support to the Village Manager

**Requirements**
* Proven experience as Registered Nurse, preferably in residential aged care, with a current APC* Advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and share knowledge with your team* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively* A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and achieving exceptional outcomes* Eligibility to work in New Zealand or Australia* Willingness to undergo training and professional development opportunities* Physical fitness and ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (0800 - 1630)
