We're proud to employ many of the people you see running trains and on the station platforms in Tamaki Makaurau. As we work towards the opening of the City Rail Link (CRL), we're expanding our team and looking for two Customer Service Ambassadors on a part-time, fixed term basis.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Ambassador who can provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, be able to adapt to changing situations, and possess fantastic verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality customer service to our customers during the busy morning rush hour period
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional environment
  • Take the initiative to tackle tasks proactively and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to get to and from Papakura station
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
