Expense Management Administrator Opportunity

Genesis Energy is committed to delivering innovative energy solutions for New Zealanders. We're seeking an experienced Expense Management Administrator to join our Financial Management System (FMS) Project team.

About the role

The successful candidate will support the implementation of our new Workday system, ensuring seamless employee expense claims user experiences.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff expense claims and accounts payable processes.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and contributing to project decisions.
  • Ensuring accurate testing and reconciliation.
  • Supporting go-live activities as a Finance Champion/Super-user.

This will be a 12-month fixed term position.

About you

We're looking for an individual with great attention to detail, experience in Fraedom or Flexipurchase, and advanced Excel skills.
