We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Data Analyst to join our team and drive the success of our Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Data & Reporting strategy.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will act as the go-to expert for FCO Data & Reporting systems and support the development and delivery of reporting strategies by applying best-practice techniques and documentation standards.
  • You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and transform them into clearly defined requirements.
  • We're seeking a collaborative team player who can apply business analysis techniques to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
What do I need to be successful?
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Analytical mindset - Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Technical expertise - Experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks.
