\In this role, you will work closely with the Process Improvement Lead to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes and drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for developing reports that provide key insights and helping to improve the way we work.
\To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a willingness to adapt to new situations. You should also have a solid understanding of technology and be able to think critically.
\The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent problem-solving skills – you can break down challenges and find smart solutions.\
- Learns fast and delivers quickly: You can adapt, pick up new concepts, and start adding value right away.\
- Understands technology: You don't need to be an expert, but you should have a solid tech foundation and a willingness to learn.\

- Experience with Power BI (or the ability to learn it quickly).\
- Some knowledge of Joget (or a willingness to learn it on the job).\
