**Join Our Team** at Cooper University Health Care as a Clinical Process Improvement Lead In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our value-based programs by developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare program management and a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with business and clinical partners, and analyzing data to inform program decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive process improvements
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business and clinical partners to drive process improvements
  • Support change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in healthcare program management
  • BS/BA in business, healthcare, operations, or nursing; Master's degree preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt certification preferred
