Process Improvement Coordinator

VINCI Construction France is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for change.

Main Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Analytics: Support the deployment and adaptation of SAP-based solutions and associated tools, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in reporting processes.
- Co-ordination & Support: Liaise with stakeholders across multiple business units to consolidate and align input for strategic projects, developing analysis methods and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to business needs.
- Onboarding & Training: Actively engage with end-users to gather feedback, address barriers, and refine processes for optimal usage, providing content for tailored training programs and creating user-centric support materials.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, a mastery of Excel, and a familiarity with SAP functionality. You should also be an Engineer, Computer Science or Business School graduate, or a related field, with a first initial experience in digital systems implementation, project coordination, or IT solutions.
