We're seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Strategic Planning Administrator. In this role, you'll provide administrative support for our strategic planning activities, including coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

You'll be working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external partners. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and be able to build strong relationships with others.

About the Role:
  • Provide administrative support for strategic planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure accurate minutes are taken.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly computer literate, with a strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • A stickler for detail, with a 'get it right first time' mindset.
  • A people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
