Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement strategies for growing the Crown Fine Art business in New Zealand, including developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive high-quality fine art logistics and storage solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with museums, galleries, and other cultural institutions to promote our services and build partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on business performance, including revenue, gross margin, and profit.

Requirements

  • Degree in Fine Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fine art logistics, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the art market, including current trends and developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
