**Job Title**:
Senior Art Director

The Senior Art Director position involves focusing on three core areas:
Project delivery (85%) Creative advancements (10%) Administration and PR (5%).

Project delivery (85%)

**Art direction**: To support the creative and production teams to deliver work to the highest standard that we are all collectively proud of. **Creative suggestions**:Recommends creative solutions and suggestions by reviewing what other creative solutions are available and thinking about the whole creative process from end-to-end rather than just the specific element that you have been briefed on. **Creative**:Translation of creative ideas into art journey with a specific focus on the user experience and journey for where the user is going on their journey - pushing the idea and ensuring all elements have been delivered. **Project scoping**:Confirms project requirements by reviewing the core objectives, input data and output requirements with the project team and client. As well as defining additional creative requirements needed for the project. **Project delivery**:Working with the account service team to ensure all project milestones and deliverables are delivered on time, budget and to the agreed scope - being mindful of the time allocated to jobs and the work required to be completed within the timeframe. **Collaboration**:Proactively managing the expectations of team members about what is achievable and manageable in the available scope. Focused on finding additional elements that should have been considered and pushing the creative thinking collaboratively.

Creative advancements (10%)

**Creative education**:Supporting the conceptual requirements and needs of the business - working with the rest of the business to ensure all conceptual and creative recommendations work with the current structure. Pushing great ideas and work to educate all team members. **Innovation**:Enhance our reputation by pushing new creative ideas and exploring new opportunities to add value to project accomplishments. Regular review and presentations of the new and latest creative innovations and identifying if any can be applied to current or potential projects. **Knowledge**:Update job and creative knowledge by researching new creative techniques and technologies, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organisation.

Administration and PR (5%)

**Timesheets**:Daily entry of timesheets, as well as managing and monitoring timesheets across all projects and teams. **Education**:Support in the internal education about new and emerging creative advancements that are relevant for the wider team. **Process improvement**:Ongoing focus on constant improvement for the way that projects are delivered - specifically around process and creative template development. **Blog**:Writing at least a monthly blog post on a relevant topic (a total of 12 per year). **Social networks**:Monthly involvement on our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest pages.
