Job Description

As a Senior Investment Management Product Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the strategic vision and roadmap for Vanguard's future optimization and execution capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying and integrating emerging trends in equity investments and product management to directly impact the way Equity teams trade and make decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product with cross-divisional impact.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
  • Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
  • Coach digital product teams towards best practices and learnings.
  • Oversee digital product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions.
  • Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant product management experience and five years of experience in leading product delivery initiatives.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Order management and trading systems experience required.
  • Profile management and investment decision experience required.
  • Data analytics preferred.
  • Familiarity with modeling capabilities preferred.
  • AWS Architecture acumen preferred.
