They are now on the hunt for an experienced General Manager to lead and grow these three dynamic business units.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-performing teams, drive business growth, and shape the future of real estate in Southland.
The opportunity: Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for providing effective leadership and vision to the company to grow value responsibly, in a commercial, profitable and sustainable manner.
Duties include: People Management and Leadership: Empower agents to successfully run and grow their own businesses, foster a high-performance culture and lead by example, creating an environment where all teams are motivated, supported, and equipped to achieve outstanding results.
Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive sales performance and market growth.
Lead the charge in identifying opportunities, refining sales strategies, and enhancing brand positioning and create a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers exceptional results.
Recruitment: Proactively identify and attract top talent, engaging prospective agents with a compelling vision for success.
Activity Management: Monitor and analyse sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efficiency.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgetary resources effectively and efficiently to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
There is an exceptional remuneration package on offer – that comprises a competitive base salary, bonus, car allowance, phone, laptop and other paid expenses.
The ideal candidate: With strong and established networks in Southland, you will have at least 5 years' experience in a general management role leading high performing sales teams.
While a real estate ticket is preferred it is not essential.
Great at building key relationships with clients and the community you will thrive in an environment that focuses on sales targets and budgets.
Financially astute you will possess strong business planning, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Additionally, you will be a forward-thinking leader who is well organised and communicates well.
