About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team due to the current team member retiring after 14 years. You will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations, using Xero or similar systems, and supporting the team with general accounts, administration, and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations using Xero or similar systems
  2. Support the team with general accounts, administration, and customer service tasks

Requirements:

  1. A high degree of computer literacy with strong administration experience
  2. Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
  3. Full working rights in New Zealand
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
