Key Tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, including setting up new vendors and managing their status
- Coordinate service activities, including processing field incentive payments and raising purchase orders (POs)
- Assist Service Account Reps and Supervisors with administrative tasks, such as reporting, quoting, and ordering
- Data entry of timesheets into the OSCA System
- Coordinate and drive monthly forecasting with Project and Service managers

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in customer service or sales administration, good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and strong computer/IT skills. You should also have excellent customer service and organizational skills, be able to meet set deadlines, and prioritize activities where required.
