Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team at Ground Control. As a key member of our Arb Utility division, you will be responsible for managing the operation for an assigned programme of tree works in the Lincoln and Newark areas.

The successful candidate will have basic field-based experience and be able to drive programme delivery for both self and contract KPI targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability.

What You'll Do

  1. You will be responsible for managing the operation for an assigned programme of tree works in the Lincoln and Newark areas.
  2. You will take responsibility for driving the programme delivery for both self, contract KPI targets and our tree cutting teams.
  3. You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability.

Requirements

  • Basic field-based experience.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proficient and competent IT skills.
  • Well-developed team management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and balance demands from numerous sources to ensure that all stakeholder needs are met.
