We have an opportunity for a Customer Specialist to join our friendly team within our North Wharf Advice Centre.

Your Role
You will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from customers. You will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

Your Responsibilities
You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels while also maintaining the branch operations. We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast, respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying.
