Your ability to deeply understand each customer's industry, challenges, and goals will enable you to provide customised support to help them achieve their business and financial ambitions.
You will ensure you operate in accordance with compliance, AML, and CCCFA regulations, so a strong understanding of these policies is a must.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of valuable customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to provide personalised banking solutions.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.Staying informed about market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic advice.Our specialised Corporate Banking teams cover the following industry sectors:Hospitality, Tourism and Retail TradeManufacturing and Wholesale TradeProperty FinanceConstruction, Transport and ForestryProfessional ServicesHealth, Education, Local Government, Utilities and InfrastructureNa tau rourou | What will you bring?This role will see you be accountable for managing and growing a portfolio of varied customers, so strong relationship skills will be critical to your success.
