We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Oversight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Minor Capital Works projects across our campus, ensuring that they meet timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Minor Capital Works projects, from planning to successful completion.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while liaising with a range of stakeholders.Ensure projects stay within scope, meet financial targets, and follow procurement rules.Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in project management, preferably within construction or capital works.
- Proven success in delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong grasp of project management competencies: scope, budget, risk, procurement, quality, and more.
- Ability to handle risks and shifting priorities while delivering under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
