Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Minor Capital Works projects, from planning to successful completion.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while liaising with a range of stakeholders.Ensure projects stay within scope, meet financial targets, and follow procurement rules.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in project management, preferably within construction or capital works.
  • Proven success in delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong grasp of project management competencies: scope, budget, risk, procurement, quality, and more.
  • Ability to handle risks and shifting priorities while delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
