The Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and implementing construction plans accurately.
- Measuring, cutting, and installing materials to meet client requirements.
- Ensuring the highest quality joinery components are installed.
- Maintaining structures through regular repairs and maintenance.
- Safely operating power and hand tools to achieve efficient results.
- BUILDING FRAMEWORKS WITH PRECISION.
- Evaluating quality and compliance with New Zealand building codes.
- Collaborating with other trades to maintain seamless project flow.
- Upkeeping worksite safety by adhering to protocols and identifying potential hazards.
You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you possess:
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- A trade qualification in Carpentry.
- A valid New Zealand driver's license.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety practices.
- A comprehensive carpentry tool set (desired).
