The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ideally within construction or capital works. You will have proven success in delivering multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent communication skills to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversight of Minor Capital Works projects, ensuring they meet project requirements
  • Liaison with various stakeholders, including technical experts and end-users
  • Development of detailed project plans, schedule management, and accurate reporting

**Requirements**

  • 5-6 years' experience in project management, ideally within construction or capital works
  • Proven success in delivering multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong grasp of project management competencies: scope, budget, risk, procurement, quality, and more
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
