At Stantec Consulting International Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our water infrastructure group, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will work on challenging and diverse tasks in a consulting and construction inspection role. These projects consist of water pipelines, sitework for municipal water and sewer facilities, sewer lines, infrastructure systems including treatment plants, pump stations, and related infrastructure. This is a seasonal position with variable work hours depending on construction schedules.

  • Observe and review projects during construction to ensure conformance with plans, specifications, and codes and regulations.
  • Provide instruction to contractors on requests for information and identify deficiencies in their work.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure cost, schedule, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead by example and ensure construction safety practices on-site through Health & Safety policies and plans.
