**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Judicial Assistant and Coordinator to join our team in the Auckland Region. As a Judicial Assistant and Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of justice in New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Providing administrative support to District Court Judges, including managing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including judiciary, lawyers, and other government agencies
  • Managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and maximizing Judges' ability to carry out their duties effectively

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or court environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
